You’re on holiday. Let us cook for you.

We don’t have a short breakfast time because we think days should start leisurely. Breakfast runs from 8.30 until 10’ish, but all things are changeable with a little notice.

Everything is freshly cooked to order. Sip a Pilgrims coffee made from their very own roastery on nearby Holy Island. Choose from a large tea selection for those who know their Rington’s brew from their Lapsang Souchong.

Covid-19 Update

Due to the ongoing situation with regards to Coronavirus, and in anticipation of there being fewer eating options than normal, we have been trialling a new idea of offering a set 2 course dinner at St Valery on certain evenings (please check with us for the latest evenings). Dinner is served at 7pm and we are unfortunately unable to cater to specific dietary requests/allergies.  The menu on the night is subject to change and should be used as a guide.

From August 7th we are changing from 3 nights per week to 2, and dinner will now be served on Monday and Friday evenings.

Monday Chicken in plums and sweet spice – chicken marinated in fresh plums, coriander and fennel seeds, then slow roasted with celery and fennel. A delicious summery meal with sweetness from the plums and layers of flavour from the roasted spices and vegetables. Followed by treacle tart.

FridayChicken and chorizo Jambalaya– chicken, slow roasted with fresh chorizo, Spanish smoked paprika, black olives, oregano and thyme to create a melt in your mouth smoky chicken dish with rich infused sauce.  Followed by sticky toffee pud.

Price per person: £20

Bottles of our house merlot and house sauvignon blanc are available for £12 or 500ml carafe for £8 or if you just fancy a glass, for £4

(should you wish to bring your own wine, a corkage fee of £5 will be charged)

Please note the menu is illustrative and may be altered with no notice.  It would be really helpful if you could let us know as early as possible (minimum 72 hours) if you will be joining us for dinner.
